HUMIDITY IDENTIFICATION CARD – NHE 407


HUMIDITY IDENTIFICATION CARD (NHE 407), are printed with sensitive moisture marks that respond to different levels of humidity with a visible color change: pink to blue.
The humidity inside the packaging, can be controlled to include a card inside.
When the bag is opened, the card can be checked for proper humidity control inside indicating the proper functioning of the package. Available in the Cobalt free. option.

Indicators
A = 5, 10, 15%
B = 30, 40, 50%
C = 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60%

Quantity:
A and B = 125 cards per package
C = 200 cards per package

USE INSTRUCTION
• Open the can, take the card to be used and immediately close the can so not to damage the other cards.
• Place the card to be used in the package, along with the plate or electronic component.
It is advisable to put a sachet of silica gel type dessicant NHE007D and use metalized bag with moisture barrier NHE 400B.

• Seal the bag immediately, preferably with vacuum, NHE 005H type sealer .

VERIFICATION:
• After 24 hours the card will have stabilized in the internal bag environment and will have the correct indication of moisture within it.
• When using the card or electronic component, open the bag and look at the color of the card to see if they
were stored in adequate moisture.
• Moisture is identified when the blue color changes to pink.
Example:
• For the card C, the reading will be 20% moisture if the card is with the spheres 10 and 20% in pink;
• It will be 40% if the spheres 10, 20, 30 and 40% are pink; and so on.

ATTENTION:

The cards can only be used once, as this process is irreversible.
